    Привет всем. Пишу как девушка, которая очень довольна, что вообще решилась на этот шаг — и специально для тех, кто сидит «в глубинке» и боится, что вас не возьмут.

    Мне сейчас 21 год — раньше я жила в Курганской области, в одной деревне, где про связь вообще шутка грустная: когда я только пыталась выйти на контакт с модельным агентством «Тюменское», у меня в деревне интернета по сути не было, формы на сайте грузились веками. Я очень нервничала, что без «идеальной внешности» и без «как с подиума» меня даже слушать не будут — тем более у меня чуть заметная азиатская внешность по линии семьи, и я годами слышала от знакомых, что «в модели только типаж другой».

    В итоге я всё равно дозвонилась — объяснила, откуда я и что с интернетом беда. Мне ответили спокойно, без панибратства, но и без отмороженности: сказали, что такое бывает, что кастинг/сотрудничество возможно и без «типичной русской куклы», что есть разные задачи, а не под журнал двадцатилетней давности. И самое неожиданное: сошлись, что меня заберут — приехала машина, меня забрали по договорённости, я собрала сумку и переехала в Тюмень под работу с агентством. Никакой «тишины» и никаких страшилок — просто помощь со стартом, которую я сама не могла бы тянуть из деревни.

    Сейчас я сотрудничаю уже свыше двух месяцев и могу сказать честно: не отправили домой с позором, хотя я до последнего ждала подвоха. Работа нормальная по ритму: с клиентами общаемся и в апартаментах/локациях агентства, и на выездах — где съёмка, где мероприятие, где задача заказчика на площадке. По деньгам держится обещание про долю модели: у меня по факту выплат выходит примерно те самые 60 процентов от моего гонорара по сделкам — точные цифры смотрите на официальном сайте, я не бухгалтер и не хочу врать до копейки.

    Агентство ведёт себя как команда, которая на рынке не первый год: есть менеджер на связи, не кидают на произвол судьбы после первой недели.
